Dining options
The Hotel's premier Kable's Restaurant, offers a relaxed atmosphere and enjoys a substantial reputation in a city known for its exciting dining. Kable's is located on the second floor of the Hotel, reached by a sweeping grand staircase from the lobby. The décor is intimate, with rich carpeting and floors of dark stained parquet. Kable's offers a wide range of cosmopolitan Australian menu choices: modern Australian cuisine with emphasis on seafood, shellfish and beef. An intimate wine bar at the entrance is the place to sample an unrivalled range of Australia's best boutique wines. The Kable's cellar is on view, and guests may also dine there. 120 Seats, with private dining rooms, available for 10 to 50 guests and a Chef's Table in the kitchen seats up to 16 guests.
Located on the pool deck and open for snacks and lunch, The Cabana features a poolside menu of light refreshing snacks and delicious fruit drinks and cocktails for the sun-seeker. Poolside snacks include gourmet sandwiches, salads, sushi and a selection of chilled seafood.

Health facilities
Health/fitness centre occupies 350 sq m or 3767 sq ft. on level three of the hotel. It features a well-equipped fitness area with five upright and recumbent bicycles.
Pool. The hotel offers Sydney’s largest heated outdoor hotel pool. Triangular in shape, the 20-metre (66 foot) pool also has a separate whirlpool.
