Sydney
Australia - this marvelous country - attracts millions of tourists. Every day Sidney welcomes tens of international flights from the most remote places of the world. And though many people in Sydney speak specific Australian slang it does not mean that they are native and their ancestors were the first people, landed in the aboriginal Australia. Australia is the country of immigrants and the population of Sydney is the best proof of this.
We cannot assert that Sydney is an outstanding representative of Australia like we cannot say that New-York is a typical city of the USA, but undoubtedly Sydney is one of the most wonderful cities of the world with its peculiar Australian character.
This is the city of the sparkling sky-scrappers in the City-centre, the city, buried in the verdure of the parks and gardens, the city of villas with red tiled roofs, the city where the old colonial architecture of the Rocks area is harmoniously combined with the modern avant-garde architecture of the Darling Harbour area.
In the suburb of Sydney the National Park Blue Mountains occupies vast territory and represents a mountain chain surrounded with the impassable eucalyptus forests. Here you can find deep canyons and valleys, covered by dense forests with paths for walking.
The attractions and landmarks of Sydney in great numbers found in all its districts will not leave you indifferent.
